Here is a little more about the important work of our volunteers:

Individuals and Group Volunteers

RTWC volunteers join together to complete midsized repairs throughout the year and in large groups on National Rebuilding Day. Whether you have a group of your own or would like to meet new people, you can take part in group repairs.

Skilled Volunteers

Individuals who are handy around the home and skilled craftspeople are desperately needed to handle small emergency repairs that arise for low-income and elderly homeowners and homeowners with disabilities. Tell us where and how often you would like to volunteer, and we will utilize your talents to help these homeowners.

Office Support

If you can help with mailings, filing, and odds and ends around the office a few hours a week, we could really use your help. Some basic computer skills would be helpful but are not required.

Community Advocates

We have many committees that need additional volunteers, including the fundraising committee, area / house captain committee, board development committee, publicity committee, and National Rebuilding Day clean-up committee.
