Paint the Community

Oregon women have always been changemakers.

The tradition continues as leaders from 100 Strong, Oregon Tradeswomen, and Labor’s Community Service Agency join Rebuilding Together Washington County to Paint the Community.

Women-led home-repair teams will spend a day transforming a community with projects aimed at improving homeowners’ health & safety, preventing fire risk, restoring weatherproofing, preventing homelessness, and brightening the lives of some of our most vulnerable neighbors.

When:             June 24th, 2017 (Registration starts at 8am – Breakfast and Lunch Provided)
Where:             Mobile Home Corral in Beaverton

Volunteer Opportunities
House Captain – Prepares projects and oversees repairs on a home
Volunteer Ambassadors – Prepares homeowners and manages volunteer groups at the event
Volunteer on Home Repairs – Works on homes on June 24th (must be 14 or older)
Volunteer Trainer – Supervise youth (ages 8 – 14) in making bird houses and other gifts for residents
